Account & Registration
Go to the Register page and fill in your mobile number, email, full name, date of birth, and a password. You'll receive an OTP on your mobile for verification. After that, complete the KYC step by uploading a valid Philippine government-issued ID. Once verified, your account is ready for deposits and real-money play.
The minimum age is 21 years old. This is non-negotiable and strictly enforced through KYC identity verification. Accounts that cannot be verified as 21 or older will be permanently closed. If you're unsure about your eligibility, please do not register – creating an underage account is a violation of our Terms & Conditions.
Megawagi accepts all major Philippine government-issued IDs: Philippine National ID (PhilSys), UMID, SSS ID, GSIS ID, Passport, Driver's Licence, PRC ID, and Voter's ID. The ID must be valid (not expired), clearly photographed on both sides where required, and the name must match your registration details exactly.
No. One account per person is strictly enforced. Duplicate accounts are flagged automatically and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts. If you've forgotten your login details or your account has been locked, contact support through your existing account dashboard rather than registering a new one.
Go to the Login page, enter your registered Philippine mobile number, and request an OTP. The one-time password is sent directly to your phone. Enter it to access your account. OTPs expire quickly, so enter it right away without switching to other apps.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions are in Philippine Peso (PHP). You can deposit via GCash, Maya, or Philippine bank transfer using InstaPay or PESONet. The payment account must be registered in your own name – third-party payments are not accepted. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not supported as deposit methods. Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited within minutes. Bank transfers via InstaPay are generally fast as well, but processing times can vary depending on your bank and the time of day. If a deposit hasn't reflected after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawal requests are submitted through your account dashboard. Funds can be sent to your verified GCash, Maya, or Philippine bank account – the account must be in your name and match your KYC-verified details. Withdrawals require a completed KYC verification. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction. All amounts are in PHP. We recommend checking the current limits directly on that page, as they may be updated from time to time.

Deposit limits can be set from the Responsible Gaming section in your account settings. You can choose a daily or weekly cap in PHP. Limits take effect immediately when lowered; increases require a cooling-off period before they apply. This feature is available to every Megawagi member at no charge.
